I believe the most powerful and lasting conservation outcomes happen when communities are supported to lead, when their knowledge, values, and lived experience shape the solutions.
Only through shared ownership and genuine community leadership can we create outcomes that are sustainable, just, and built to last. This is the foundation of any transformational change - and it’s the future I’m working toward.

With a long history of working alongside Landcare and grassroots environmental groups across Australia, I know the realities, constraints, and strengths of community-led NRM. I bring that understanding into every collaboration, weaving facilitation skills with strategic insight to support you in shaping your own ideas, developing your own projects, and growing your own capacity to lead.
